Pollution Control Board organized program on the occasion of world
environment day named “Green Economy: Does it include you?” Natural
Ecological imbalances are not only creating problems but also causing
health hazards. E-Waste and the problems posed in handling them have to
be taken on priority. Pollution control is not a one day affair it
should be a continues process. It’s everybody’s responsibility to do the
might in protecting the environment. The ozone layers are depleted. The
glaciers are depleting. Environment Day started in 1972. It was not
only the one day programme but it was an everyday affair for controlling
pollution in all spheres. "Healthy mind with healthy body would help
the individuals to deliver the goods properly" she underlined. She
expressed happiness for organizing All India Pollution Control Boards
Cricket Tournaments and advised the players to get ready with
professionalism added with physical fitness. Apart from the imbalances
of the ecology, health also spoiled. United Nations used this day as the
principle vehicles to stimulate worldwide awareness. Many technologies
have come into view to improve and also for deterioration.
