committee of BCCI has decided to give a onetime benefit to cricketers
who have retired before 2003 for in recognition of their services for
Indian cricket team both domestic & international level. At around
160 cricketers will benefit and the total scheme outgo will be 70
crores. Cricketers who played more than 100 test matches will be
benefitted with 1.5 crores , Cricketers who played 75-99 test matches
will get a total sum of 1 crore and Cricketers who played 50-74 test
matches will get a total sum of 75 Lakhs etc. The working committee
also approved the grant of media rights to Star India Pvt. Ltd. BCCI has
also been decided to set up anti-corruption unit. The working committee
