Inderchand Jain, Trustee, Mahavir Jain Relief Foundation Trust,
King Koti Hospital, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh. The Bhagawan Mahavir
Jain relief Foundation trust will open a new dialysis centre at
Kumudinidevi outpatient block in Ramdev Rao hospital at Kukatpally on
July 1ST. 12 new state of the art dialysis machines with ultra, modern
dialysis station procured at a cost of over Rs 1 crore funded by donors
will provide dialysis at concessional rates to the poor patients. The
trust already has state-of- the art dialysis centre in city at the
district hospital, King Koti, Hyderabad. With the support of AP Vaidhya
Vidhana Parishad it set up the centre spread over 5000 sq.ft with 24
ultra-modern dialysis stations for the benefit of the needy patients.
In the last three years the trust has provided 60295 subsidized dialysis
to patients. Similarly, over 39,000 Erithropytene & iron
injections were provided to the patients. Trust besides their own
centre also uses facility of seven associate hospitals like Mahavir,
Srushrutha, Venus, Sun shine, Devi Shetty, C.C Shroff and St. Theresa
to prevent patients travelling long distances for their dialysis.
